**UPDATED PICTURES** I have a true WS23L8A barn find 68 Dodge Coronet RT with the original factory error stamped number matching motor and trans. The last number is stamped one number off (1 not 2) - rare, ut not unheard of error on the production line. All body numbers match. Build / broadcast sheet found under the back seat and fender tag is there. The odometer reads 63,791 miles! Original Mopar spark plugs, ed line water hoses, reen post battery, are metal fan shroud, riginal radiator (2898 045), riginal carb, nd assembly marks and stamps on the firewall, ore support, alve covers, assenger door, runk lid, nd on the original redline spare tire (on passenger front)! Five original steel rims with hubcaps, s ordered. All trim is there and in very good condition. Power bulge hood has surface rust, ut no rot. Build sheet has the suspension listed as hemi suspension. All glass is in good condition. Interior is complete with usable door panels and RT door badges. No cracks in the console, ut will need side chrome and top plates may be salvageable. Has the original 150 mph speedometer and am radio with all the bezels. Roof, nner fenders, nd firewall are good. Front frame rails are usable.
Will need extensive frame, loor and body work. Drivers upper control arm is rusted through and the car is currently supported with a jack stand to keep it level. Springs come through the trunk pan. Will need floor and trunk pans, rear frame rails, patches on torsion box, nd body work. This car has not been driven since 1979, aybe parked before then. I do not have a title for this car, ut had the VIN checked by the Secretary of State and this is a clean car.
Car is sold as is. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements. This should be considered a high maintenence haul. Buyer will have the option to purchase a very good OEM deck lid, ail panel, ndrear frame railsafter the auction. They are not included in the auction price. Very rare and complete project.
