2001 BMW 540i - clean title with all service records!BMW 5-series - 4 Door Sedan 4.4L V8

This is a clean 2001 BMW 540i with only 81,750 miles in great mechanical condition, ith all major services completed. I'm the 2nd owner with clear CA title in hand & Carfax report. Registration is paid through March 2016, A smog check inspection just passed. I have records of maintenance I did and a complete file of dealer records from the first owner, ho took good care of it.
Comes with these amenities and options, ll in great working condition: ski package, ower windows/doors/seats, ual climate control, ecurity alarm, unroof, ront and rear parking sensors, ruise control, D player, M/FM radio, raction and stability control, ull size spare tire and spare keys. All electronics work well, s well as AC & heating. It's a reliable and well maintained BMW that hasn't been abused. Car pulls strong & straight, ransmission is smooth, o check engine lights on.

A lot of important preventative maintenance was done over the past 10 months, ver $3700 in receipts:
- New water pump
- Fan shroud
- Thermostat
- Alternator
- Four new struts
- 8 new spark plugs
- Fuel filter
- Valve cover gaskets
- Lower radiator hose
- Cabin air filters
- K&N air filter
- Coolant flush done
- Power steering fluid & brake fluid flush
- Transmission oil & filter change
- Four Bridgestone Potenza tires - 30K miles left on America's Tire Co. warranty
In July 2015: both rear rotors and brake pads were replaced. Synthetic Engine oil & filter change done. I used Amsoil synthetic Euro 5W-40 oil in the engine and Signature Series ATF in transmission. This 540i has always been filled up with Premium fuel (Shell only), o it averages ~20 mpg on each tank - 27+ mpg on hwy.

Previous owner had Sonnen BMW in San Rafael replace the radiator, ower steering pump/hoses, ower control arm bushings, rive belts and other expected maintenance - over $21,000 in documented dealer services.

Besides window tint, verything is original, ncluding the paint, here many scratches accumulated, ostly on the hood & rear bumper. Please keep in mind that no used (14 year old) vehicle is perfect, xpect some cosmetic defects and wear. I'm including $150+ in extras for this BMW - new radiator, assenger door handle, ann oil filter & timing cover gasket set. The broken plastic cup holders and a minor oil leak (timing cover gaskets) are the only issues.
