1987 Porsche 944 Turbo 951

For Sale is a 1987 Porsche 944 Turbo, ka 951, hat I've owned since 2011. It's a great driver, nd runs very strong, just don't drive it as much as I used to. I've taken it on several road trips for the weekend and it's never let me down.
The good:

• Newly rebuilt power steering rack
• Revamped AC system, ncluding new condenser, ompressor, xpansion valve, nd receiver drier
• Timing belt and water pump done in 2011, ess than 3,000 on it miles since then.
• 5-speed manual, imited slip (LSD) transmission
• New coolant reservoir
• Tan interior
• 133k miles
• Roh 16" rims
• Removable sun roof
• Power windows
• Aftermarket CD player
• Always starts right up, dles smoothly
• Always garaged since I've owned it
• Clean TX title in hand, ever wrecked
• Rebuilt DME
• CV shafts replaced
• Differential recently serviced
• Hatch was resealed
• Still has original jack and spare
• Still has sunroof bag
• Intake gaskets replaced
• O2 sensor replaced
• Idle control valve replaced
• Front struts and ball joints replaced
• Water temp sensor replaced
• CV half shafts replaced
• Clutch master cylinder replaced
• Brake master cylinder replaced
• All vacuum hoses replaced

The bad:

• Has a few door dings and some bubbling on the removable trim pieces (see pictures), ut overall paint is good
• Driver's seat has lots of wear
• Carpet has a few stains
• Clock doesn't work
• Wiper fluid doesn't spray
• Minor oil leak coming from passenger side of engine
• The shift into 3rd gear has a minor scratch sometimes
• Speedometer doesn't work below 20 mph
• Dash has a minor crack

If I were to keep this great vehicle, would address the oil leak, ecover the seats, ave the carpet shampooed, nd have the brakes/bearings serviced (since I don't know their service history). None of these things prevent the car from being a very reliable driver as it currently sits, ust want to be transparent on the car's condition.
