Description

For sale is my 1965 Classic Mustang Coupe, -Speed Manual Transmission, n-line 6... It is mostly all RUST FREE car! the only rust in the car that I can see is in the bottom of the passenger door were the water would sit in the inside of the doors I guess when it would get rained on in the past (Typical for a classic car). The car has always been garaged for as long as I've had it. So other than that, t is a California Rust Free 65' Mustang.
I've cared very much for this car... I've spent a lot of time and money to get it to the condition in which it is in now. I have always (since I can remember) been the biggest fan of Ford Mustangs and I always wanted to own a 65' that I can work on. This is my 4th Mustang that I have owned, nd this one has been one of my favorites.
I purchased the car from an older Retired Vet., ho also cared for the car very much. He hardly ever used the car himself - he only would take it out for cruise nights. The car was already in good condition and pretty well maintained when I purchased it from him, ut now it's an even better condition.
I have spent lots on many new parts and so here is a list of the things that the car has new.
New Parts List:
Chrome Bumpers (Front and Back)
Semi-new TIRES in all 4-corners (with 1-Brand New Spare Tire in the trunk/still has the sticker on it).
Battery (Autozone battery with warranty). - Car has only been started a hand full of times with this battery!
Battery OEM type bracket mounting assembly.
All Aluminum Radiator (After market)
Radiator Hoses
Thermostat
Thermostat Housing
Waterpump
Fan Belt
Fan (Chrome)
Valve Covers (Chrome)
Valve cover Gasket
Engine Strut Tower Bar (Chrome)
Shock Tower Caps (Chrome)
Ford Racing - Blue Spark Plug Wires
Spark Plugs
Air Filter
Carpet
Passenger side mirror
Carpet
Ceiling
Arm-rest (both driver and passenger)
Lower door sill moldings (Chrome)
NEW Retro Chrome Stereo (Factory Fit). Knobs match factory interior knobs with classic look but with all new technology. Including Digital Display & in-puts for USB, UX. for all your iPods, Phons etc.
Rear and Front updated speakers (These are semi-new, ut sound really good). Rear speakers are PIONEER 6x9.
Shelby type Front Grill Pony Emblem (I still have the cars original centered Pony with the oval).
Side emblems.
Front and Rear Lights.
Chrome '65 Mustang' Read, icense Frame for the rear.
Autometer Tach. (Mounted on the back of the steering wheel column).
Retro Hot Rod, lack and Chrome STEERING WHEEL.
and others misc. parts I might have missed!
The car has a really great hot rod stance to it... I lowered it from the front, nd has a small lift from the back (It looks really good). The car does really feel sporty driving it with the Autometer Tach on the back of the steering wheel, nd the nice stance... plus the car is stick shift!
IMPORTANT Note: Since the gauge that reads the miles on the car does not work, nd has not worked since I purchased the car... I'm not sure of the true miles on it - even though it only reads 39900 Miles.
All the windows work, o they all go up and down (all 4-windows)... All the interior lights light up, ncluding the gauge cluster. The gas gauge works as-well as the speedometer and the new added RPM Tach. The original Oil Gauge does not work as-well as the Temperature Gauge. But I have installed a new retro hot-rod type 3-gauge cluster on it which reads the temperature of the car.
Low Reserve... and Please, nly serious bidders!
Thanks, nd Good Luck!
