1985 Ford LTD Police Car 5.0 H.O., 4 Speed Automatic Overdrive

Up for sale is a 1985 Ford LTD decommissioned Police car. This car comes stock with the 5.0 Liter EFI H.O. (High Output) motor with the 4 speed automatic overdrive transmission (AOD) with 1st gear lockout selection. It's originally out of Washington State, ow here in Northern California, t has always been a rust free Westcoast car.
It has the following Police Package Options:
140 MPH Certified Calibration speedometer
Big front and rear sway bar package
Big front and rear brake package
Engine oil cooler
Transmission oil cooler
Power steering oil cooler
Bigger high output alternator
3.08:1 Traction Loc (Posi) differential
Details about this car:
The odometer reads 19,211 but it's most likely 119,211, hese early cars only had a 5 digit odometer. It's definitely not 219,000, he engine bay is very clean and original, nd I have never seen this blue interior with carpet that's still dark and not faded to light blue.
It has some small flaws in the body including small paint chips, mall scratches, nd very light dings, ut no major damage or dents. The paint is about 30 years old, o it's not perfect.
It has 2 plugged hole, on the roof and 1 on the LH rear quarter panel, he holes are from the Police antennas. It also has the hole on the drivers side A-pillar for the spotlight, his car does not include a spotlight.
The interior is blue cloth seats with vinyl door panels, here are a few stains on the drivers seat, ut there are no rips or tears on any of the interior parts that I could find. The carpet is still nice and dark, here are no cracks in the dash pad.
It has the original 14" steel wheels with aluminum "Dog Dish" center caps, he tires should be replaced.
It has air conditioning but it will need to be serviced.
It runs great, till has lots of power and its very smooth.
This is a nice car, t's pretty much a 4 door Fox Body Mustang. It would make a very cool "Grocery Getter" for the guy who's in to mustangs but has a family now, t's kind of hard to fit that car seat into a Fox Body Mustang....
