The 2009 911TT is the last hurrah for the Mezger turbo platforms; after this generation, orsche switched to a DFI based engine. Decades of Porsche experience has been culminated in this model year. Out of all the 997.1 turbo model years, ess than 500 2009 MY cars were made. More so, ery few 6speed manuals were made in coupe format. The 2009s also came with the upgraded infotainment/nav system, major upgrade over the 07-08 turbo nav systems. The 2009 model year has a fairly good chance to become a collector item.

The car is absolutely rock solid and I have no qualms about driving it across country.
It has been maintained by an amazing independent technician (Frank Oscai), former Porsche race car builder. He owns Rayteam automotive out of Waltham, ass.
The car has had its 60K major service done this year, o you DO NOT have to worry about the major service for another few years. It also has had the oil pressure sensor replaced, hich is 5-6 hours of labor plus parts.
My 911 is located just north of downtown Boston, 15 min ride from the airport.. I can pick up any out-of-town buyers at the airport, o problem. I will not drive the car to meet anyone as I do not want to add unnecessary mileage. No test drives without serious buying intentions proven.

PAINT CONDITION:Paint condition is great. I would give it a solid 8.5 out of 10. There are two scratches, ne on the rear hatch, nd one on the driver side quart panel. Both were there when I purchased the vehicle (never bothered me).
ANY KNOWN ISSUES:

· Suspension bushings are squeaky, ommon on the 997 platform.

· Rearview mirror rattles, lso common on the 997 platform

A. The car has a timing chain (not belt)

A. Yes, have every record including for maintenance done under my ownership and by prior owners

A. No, have off street parking on a very quiet street and use a 20 layer car cover.
Q. Has the car ever been smoked in? Are you a smoker?
A. No and no

A. The wheels have some slight rash but nothing that’s outlandish

A. Door cards, rmrest, nd passenger seat are all great. All interior leather pieces (door cards, eats, rm rest, ash) are in excellent shape.

Q. How much tread is left on the tires and how are the brakes?
A. Solid amount of tread remaining, ads are in great shape, nd rotors exhibit no signs of issues. Will come with Michelin PSS summer tires and Blizzak snow tires

Q. Does the clutch slip?
A. Nope. If you add on a bigger diameter exhaust and free up more power it will J

A. No it does not
Q. Does the car need anything mechanically?
A. Nope. Maintenance is all current.
Q. What oil have you been running?
A. Castrol Syntec 0w40 European Formula. 0w40 is used to help with oil shearing in cold temps.
Q. What gas do you need for the turbo?
A. Shell 93
Q. How much boost pressure is the turbo running?
A. Car has an EVOMS 550 tune, o whatever the EVOMS site states
Q. How much power does it make on the dyno and do you have proof?
A. Never taken it to the dyno
Q. Do you have any stock parts?
A. Stock exhaust is available
Q. Is the engine original? Has the engine ever been opened up?
A. The engine is the original and has never been opened up

Q. Have you ever tracked the car?
A. Prior owner tracked the car, have not done so under my ownership
