1946 Dodge Dump Truck

1946 Dodgedumptruck model wf-32 no real rust just dents, ooks to be mostly complete, oes not run but the motor is not stuck. I have a title but it is not good as the last owner back in 1975 did not transfer ownership to himself (I am working to get it completed so it will be a good title).
