54,000 Miles. Dark Blue Pearl with Ghost Flames. All Black Leather interior. Every available option for the year from Ford. Power everything, unroof, ear slider, eated seats. Truck is adult owned and smoke free. I am the Second Owner. The truck was originally from the west coast (2005-2013). Only seen two New England winters. Prior owner had it stored in a climate controlled airport hanger.
I am fastidious with maintenance and upkeep. This was my dream truck. I am selling because I got married, ought a new home, nd inherited a long commute as a result. I purchased a commuter car as I did not want to rack up a bunch of miles on the truck. I also need a truck more suited for working out of - without worrying about scratches and a truck that I can throw the family and dogs in without worrying about every mess inside and out.
This truck was my pride and joy - but the life path I am going down does not really allow for a princess truck anymore. I have over $42k invested into this rig. No expenses were spared. All 6.0 issues are resolved. I do not need to sell this truck and will not entertain trades or low ball offers.
This truck is extremely clean guys, specially for a truck in New England! As mentioned above I bought the truck from the west coast and had it shipped here - simply put you cannot find trucks of this age / generation this clean locally. Important please note: Pictures were taken after a basic hand wash and tire shine only. The truck was not professionally detailed. The pictures reflect how the truck is always kept.
Please note I did use a new camera and struggled with capturing the true hue of the paint. I took several of the exterior shots in a different settings thus the color on the truck looks more vivid in some photos. I purposefully chose to leave the photos in the listing as I feel they truly represent how the Dark Blue Pearl Metallic paint behaves - she goes from beautiful blue under direct sun to almost black in the evening. I love this color and sought after it when originally purchasing the truck. For its age I think you would be hard pressed to find a truck in better condition.
Exterior:
Overall the exterior is in great condition. I have the truck professionally detailed twice a year - before the winter and again in the spring time. It has not yet had the pre-winter detail this year. The photos reflect the quality of the paint as I have up kept it through the summer and fall. The paint is gorgeous and reflects like a mirror. With that said the truck is over ten years old and as such there are some small blemishes on the truck which I captured in the photographs. The front bumper was scuffed by someone last winter and has not been repainted. There is also a small scratch on the driver side rear door panel. The rear bumper plastic also has minor scrapes in it. Front tow hooks are starting to show surface rust. Bed has a couple scratches in it as it was never lined. Undercarriage does have light surface rust as almost any truck in New England will - however it is very minimal and could easily be cleaned up. There is zero rust on the body or any of the bed rails. I would estimate tires to have at least 75% of tread life left. Newer (not brand new) Bilstein shocks in all corners. Previous owner had HID lights installed so there is no high/low beam just on or off. I have original bulbs still which can go with the truck. I run the truck with the front center caps off as I lost two running down the highway and got sick of spending $120.00 for a plastic center cap. I have two center caps which will go with the truck, ne is brand new.
Interior:
Interior of the truck is near perfect. The only flaw is the driver side door panel where your elbow would rest if you had the window down has "faded" a little from a dark grey to a lighter grey (see photo). Other than that this interior is impeccable. It does have the metal fold-up tool racks under the rear bench seats. All electronics are left factory. Only thing added is the Edge CTS monitor. There are zero stains or rips. The truck still smells like new.
Engine Bay:
Engine bay is very clean. Would shine right back to life with a detail. The truck has a ton of work done, ut most important is the head stud job. I have photographed the picture of the head stud on the front of the head for confirmation to interested buyers. I have a full build list I can e-mail to serious inquires.
Wrapping things up - This is a turn key, ead ache free truck. I have put just around 15,000 miles on her since I purchased. All work was done within two months of my purchasing the truck which equates to roughly 18 months and over 14,000 miles of proven performance with no issues. Truck deserves to go to a good home. All manuals and both key fobs will go with the truck. I will sincerely hate to see her go - it was not an easy decision listing her for sale.
