1939 LaSalle 39-5019 4 Door sedan Runs and Drives

I would like to start by saying this is not a restored car . It has had many repairs and some upgrades but it still requires work.

This is a used 1939 LaSalle 4 door sedan . Itruns and drives but I have not checked anything to see condition of mechanicals . The brakes work but I am not sure of condition . Emergency brake does not work . It has an exhaust manifold leak . The rubber mat is missing from the running boards . Tires have some age checking in the side walls . Interior needs replacement. The paint is ok but not for show . It looks like an inexpensive enamelThat was applied pretty well . Bumpers have some rust but should clean up some with steel woolbut they could use plating. Trunk lock cylinder is missing. There is a scratch in the hood about 6" long and 2" wide

This would make a good driver, ot a show car. Please come and look before you buy .

This car can be finished by someone with reasonable knowledge and skills .

This car needs work butcan be finished with some basic skills .
