* Roof, ides, ear and engine firewall to provide full protection against high powered rifles with Ballistic protection of CEN B6+ / NIJ III. AK 47 / AR 7.62 x 39, .56 x 45, .62 x 51, 193, 80 Ball at zero degree obliquity angles.
* Vehicle floor provides full blast protection from simultaneous detonation and fragmentation of 2 DM 51 hand grenades or equivalent.
* Vehicle’s armor plates are stitch-welded using high-intensity MIG welders. The above process ensures the structural integrity is uncompromised by thermal and chemical variations of the material.
* Vehicle armoring constructed in such a way as to ensure that a projectile following a linear or angled path shall not enter the vehicle’s interior without contacting the armor material. In addition to this, he possibility of a projectile entering the vehicle’s interior due to a ricochet from the armor shall also be minimized.
3. Glass
* A combination of glass, olycarbonate and Mylar are bonded together using the latest technology, roducing one of the finest transparent armors available while incorporating the following qualities:
* Anti-spall shield protecting against shattering glass
* Multiple impact protection
* Finest optical quality, inimal distortion
* No de-lamination, o discoloration from UV rays
4. Doors
* Armor overlap at all doors to prevent penetration through door posts and pillars.
* Door pillars reinforced to accommodate the additional weight of the armored door.
* Heavy Duty door hinges, esigned and manufactured for extended longevity and easy maintenance

* All electrical equipment standard to this vehicle shall be tested and modified as necessary to protect against the armoring process.
* Any additional (optional) electric equipment installed on the vehicle shall be individually fused; all wires are loomed and clearly marked, s required by vehicle safety standards.
Ballistic Chart
* The protective strength of a glazed shielding is rated based on the type of munitions, r threat level, t is capable of withstanding. There are 7 main standard threat levels: BR1-BR7 (also written as B1-B6), ach corresponding to a different type of small arms fire.
* To be given a particular rating, he ballistic material must stop the bullet for the specified number of strikes, ith multiple strikes placed within 120mm of each other.
* The classification levels are numbered in order of increasing protective strength. Thus any sample complying with the requirements of one class also complies with the requirements of previous classes. The precise test requirements and bullet types used are as follows
