1982 Cadillac DeVille Sedan V8 blue classic caddy Engine Runs drives, needs work

Hello, bought this at auction for my brother but he is not interested in trying to fix it up. This car starts right up and drives fine but I was told it leaks oil and might need new gaskets. I had it towed to my house from the auction I bought it from and one of the tires shredded on the way, hough I have another tire for it in the trunk. It has a brand new battery. As you can see it has a couple dents, aint damage, ight need more tires replaced, he headliner sagging, ngine probably needs work, umper filler needs to be replaced, nterior is musty. I bought this at auction and don't know much about it other than what is shown in photos and the fact that it started up great and drove fine for the little test run I did but this car is sold As Is with no guarantees. I believe it had one previous owner. I've heard that the odometers roll over back to 0 on these after 100,000 miles so the odometer may be inaccurate.
Has a leather roof top. Car iseligiblefor historic tags in the state of Maryland and does not require emissions or safety inspection so it is very easy to get tags on it!
