2001 Isuzu VehiCROSS

What you have here, s a beautiful, one stock, alifornia raised, 00% rust free, ever taken off-road, bony Black, 001 Isuzu VehiCROSS in exceptional cosmetic and mechanical condition. The vehicle has just over 36,000 original miles and it has a clear title in my name. Unmolested VehiCROSSes with mileage this low are becoming extremely rare, s only around 4000 were imported between 1999-2001, nd most of the remaining ones have been modified for off-roading, ustomized, tc. This is a true, ow mileage collector car. I purchased it last year from the late Dick Gilmore, ormer President of Communications for Isuzu USA, ho had it in his personal collection, here is took 1st Place at the Palm Springs Concours a couple years back.
Regretfully, am selling now due to some life circumstances that force me to scale back my fleet of vehicles. I have been a die-hard Isuzu fan for over a decade, nd the Isuzu VehiCROSS is hands down, he coolest vehicle I have ever owned, nd likely ever will. Simply put, here is nothing else like the VehiCROSS. It is a true work of automotive art, nd an important part of automotive history.
The vehicle is all original. The chrome wheels are in exceptional condition, ith no peeling or chipping, nd the body and paint are extremely clean. The undercarriage is 100% rust free. The tires have a good amount of tread left, would say they are around 65%. Cruise control, OD, nd 4x4 all work as they should. The engine fires up easily and idles normally. The interior of the vehicle is again completely stock, nd extremely clean. The vehicle has never been smoked in and is odor free.
The VX also comes with a few coveted factory options, uch as the Yakima Roof Rack Cross Bars and the front license plate delete trim. All stock accessories are present: Cargo net, ack and owners manual. The donut spare is present and has never been used. The floor mats are original, lean, ith only minor wear on the driver’s side. If I had to find something wrong with this VehiCROSS, would say it is with the speakers. One of the tweeters on the passenger’s side sounds crackly and is apparently blown. Other than that, his VX is basically a flawless example of Isuzu’s production concept, n what I believe is the best color and best year for the VehiCROSS.
Recent maintenance includes:
- New OEM fuel pressure regulator
- New OEM transmission filter and gasket
- ATF change
- Oil / Filter / Air Filter Change
I will be including a binder with maintenance records from the time of purchase, s well as paperwork I got from the previous owner. The VX will come with two keys and two remotes, s well as the OEM owners manual and all associated paperwork.
The VehiCROSS is for sale elsewhere, nd I reserve the right to sell it locally. The vehicle is being sold as-is, here-is with no warranty of any kind. Winning bidder must pay an immediate, on-refundable deposit of $500. Complete payment must be remitted within 10 days. I will accept cash or a cashier’s check drawn on US banks, itle held until funds clear. I will assist with vehicle drop off at a local shipping depot, r pick you up at the airport so you can drive it home.
