1940 40 Ford Coupe Hot rod

This is the nicest 1940 Ford Coupe that you will ever find.

It is a fresh car with just 2400 miles on a complete ground up build. The build was completed in 2013 It is being sold by the owner/builder as he is already moving on to his next project. There were nocorners cut with this car.

It was the GSRA (Georgia Street Rod Association) 2013 car of the year and won Best of Show at the GSRA Summit Auto 2015 show. This is important because the award is voted by the other builder/owners.

The gaps on this car are perfect and the body as well. There are no waves or ripples in the metal. This car started life as a good clean Southern car that came from the Knoxville TN area.

350 Chevrolet engine painted the same British Racing Green as the body. 4 bolt main. Ceramic coated headers . Ceramic coated Edelbrock intake manifold. Edelbrock carburetor

Electric Fuel pump

Mild Comp cam. Has a very nice sound to it.

Vintage Air and heat system. Works as it should and was able to keep the functional cowl vent.

Muncie 4 speed M21that is totally rebuilt and functions as new.

Chevrolet 10 bolt rear with 3:55 gears. Drives 70 MPH while turning just 2400 RPM. This is truly a drive anywhere car and deserves to be driven.

Tail lights and front turn signals are LED

Front suspension is TCI I beam axle with Vega style steering box and disc brakes.

Aluminum radiator keeps this car running cool.

This car is stored inside and will remain there until the new owner has picked it up. Will assist with shipping and over seas shipping, owever shipping is the responsibility of the new owner.

Georgia is a non title state. The car will be sold with a Bill of sale. It does come with a Tennessee title but not sure that it is useable at this point. Georgia does have a form that tells the GA laws. It can be used to assist in getting the car titled in your state. I know that it is possible to title the car in your state but please check before making an offer.
