1998 Jeep Wrangler lifted 4 cyl

Our 1998 Jeep Wrangler is up for auction. It is a 4 cylinder, anual, ifted Jeep. It has a set of 33 in Goodyear Wrangler tires. We are not mechanics and will try to answer all questions to best of our ability. It starts up everytime. We replaced battery last year. Since it is lifted and not as good on MPG as other vehicles it has not been an everyday driver for us. It is really designed for off roading. We have been told the brakes are in great shape but also told there is some seepage from radiator and from rear main seal. It is a 1998 with just over 105k miles. It has a sway bar disconnect which allows the front wheels to work independently of each other.
Please see pictures for details of condition. In short, ody has scratches and there is a small dent in rear drivers corner. Rear and side soft windows are scratched and a bit cloudy. Zippers are rough but function. There are tears in roof and it is not perfect. Rust seems minimal. There is no front carpet-- see pictures of floor. The interior is not pretty, ut functional.... again, ts an off road car!
