On Dec-09-15 at 17:41:07 PST, eller added the following information:

** When it is COLD outside (45ish or below) the ABS warning light comes on, nd the transmission does not shift properly. I never had this issue looked at because if you simply let the truck warm up first this issue does not happen. If I had to guess I would think this has something to do with the computer and cold weather. There is nothing mechanically wrong with the truck as it passed inspection with no problem. This has nothing to do with why I am selling the truck. It has had this issue as long as I've had the truck (3 years), nd I just let the truck warm up in the winter before driving it.
