Runs and drives, only 60k miles "NO TITLE, NO TITLE, NO TITLE"

First and most important, lost the title and cannot get a new one. It had a clear NH title and was traded in at a NHVolkswagendealer, purchased the car from them but when I found out it hadtransmission problems I attempted to wholesale the car at auction but somewhere between the transporter, he auction and the dealer rep the title was lost and no one willadmittoresponsibility, o I am outa lotof money and forced to sell this beetle with bill of sale only, aybe it can go to another country. So that said, t is a running and driving 60k miles beetle convertible. Aspreviouslymentioned thetransmissionhas issues. The timing belt was done at 56k miles. The top works well, he car is in fair to good condition all around, eeds tires, as scratches and scrapes, ome rust blisters on the bottom of the doors, he pictures tells the condition well. Please do not ask about trying to get a title, just need to get it out of my yard. I have no where to keep it.
