No title. Car is being sold with Bill of Sale only. 1960 Biscayne. Project, ut buildable. No drive train. Needs floor (footwell) and trunk pans. Under the seats areas are solid as well as the toekick. Chassis issolid. Bottom of the doors are good and solid. Trunk lid and the "receiver area" between trunk lid and bumper is solid.
