2001 Chevy Malibu

I have a 2001 Chevy Malibu for sale. It turns over but doesn't start. Also the cooling fans don't kick on when they should. I can sell the whole vehicle or sell it for parts. I replaced the spark plugs and wires recently, tarter, truts replaced, hrottle position sensor, oolant sensor, dle air control valve, il changed, lignment was done, uel filter replaced, an relays replaced, adiator cap, as cap, ooling fan, nd new stereo with Bluetooth mic. Just replaced fuel pump and filter. Cooling fans do not work properly.
