I am the second owner of this 944. I bought it off a friend of mine that lived in the neighborhood, ho was the original owner since new. I bought it with about 130,000 miles on it, nd it has just under 160,000 miles on it now. I got it as a "weekend" pleasure car, nd as such it doesn't get driven nearly as much as my daily driver. I've taken pride in the car, nd I believe it shows in it's condition. I've done the regular service and maintenance on this car, hich is listed in the ad. It is in excellent condition. It is an original California car, urchased new from Porsche of Beverly Hills, o it has no rust or corrosion issues. It passed it's recent smog test without a problem.
The car is a pleasure to drive, ith one of the most comfortable driving positions in any Porsche and one of the best shifting manual transmissions in the world. If you're familiar with the 944, t's widely regarded as one of the best handling cars ever made. Everything works on the car, ncluding the sunroof and A/C. The Alpine stereo was installed by the previous owner, nd sounds great. The car is a solid investment, nd the value of 944's have steadily increased over the last 10 years.
I honestly hate to sell the car, ut my current residence has no covered or indoor parking. I refuse to park this car out on the street as it deserves better than that, o it's best that I sell it to an owner that will take care of it as I did. A friend of mine made a webpage for the car if you want to see more of it: porsche944forsale.com Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you.
