Black 97 Mercury Mountaineer: Great Winter Vehicle Runs Great

Condition:
Whenever I have to sell a vehicle I am always straight forward about anything wrong with the vehicle. I know what it is like to buy vehicles and not be given the full information so I will do my best to tell you everything I know that works and doesn't. I previously listed this vehicle and I listed that it had a fuel pump problem, ut I mistakenly made a rookie mistake and didn't put enough fuel in the vehicle even though I thought I did to get it to start. However it does run and runs great with no mechanical problems.
The odometer on the car reads 224,799, ut it did stop working for a brief period till I got the steering wheel column repaired and it started working again. So it really should be around 225 range. However on the title I will put 224,799 down for what it reads.
Now for the smaller things:
The good:
Drives amazingly well and sounds amazing.
All electrical items work in the car.
There are no leaks.
Has power mirrors.
Backseat AC and volume works.
The AC works perfectly fine.
Lights all work on the car.
Outside temperature gauge works.
Comes with 2 sets of keys.
Has privacy windows besides the driver, assenger, ront and rear windows as seen in the pictures.
Vehicles comes with a clear New Jersey title.
The defects:
On one of the pics you will see the panel that covers it. The original owner forgot to close the sun roof one time and water damaged the upholstery that it had so they removed it. However the sun roof works perfectly fine and does not leak.
Has minor rust besides the usual rust on the bottom of the vehicle.
The body has minor scratches and dings nothing serious.
The drivers window can go down, ut the motor for it go down has lost traction to make it go down easily. All other windows go down with no problems.
Drivers side air-bag sensor is going bad. (Been assured the air bag will not go off randomly)

Alignment service done as of 2015.
Fuel Filter replaced as of 2014.

Suspension both sides upper control arm and lower ball joint replaced as of 2009.
camshaft position sensor replaced as of 2009
Front Hub and bearing assembly both sides done as of 2009
Exhaust manifold done as of 2009
History: I bought this vehicle from another private seller a few years ago.
Shipping is completely the buyers responsibility and must be done within 5 days of the listing ending. Please set up a time to pick-up after 4:30 pm and any day of the week is fine. Vehicle can be driven if need be.
Payment: $500 is due with the first 48 hours as a deposit and is nonrefundable. The remaining amount after deposit is due within 5 days of the listing ending. Accepted forms of payment are cash in person or cashiers check.
