The car has a clear Canadian title. If you bought the car and wanted to drive it home, would meet you at Niagara Falls on the Canadian side and you can drive it home. US residents declare the car at the border, there are no taxes or duties. If you have it shipped, have a customs broker that would complete all the paperwork at the border and I could drive it across for you to pick up in Niagara Falls NY. The last time I did this it was about $300 . It is only necessary because you, he new owne, as not present with the vehicle at the border. If you want it shipped, have the name of a great company that I use that will do all of this and put it in your driveway. The car was built in Indiana, as a correct 1930 VIN, nd is looked on as a US car coming back to the US.
