2000 GTI VR6 MKIV MK4 / HEATED SEATS / MULTIPLE SERVICE RECORDS /CARFAX REPORT

I'm selling myVR6 GTIas it was recently replaced with a SUV for my growing family.I bought the GTI from the original owner back in late December of 2014 and it has been a great car since.The car was originally purchased locally at Carolina VW and has always remained in Charlotte, o NO RUST, nywhere.The gentleman I bought it from pretty much babied the car and always made sure that it was serviced on time all the time.I can provide the CARFAX report that shows over 70 service records and also have most of the major maintenance receipts from the last seven years. Will come with original window sticker when purchased new as well as acomplete owners manual package. The car also includes 3 sets of keys, Keyless Entry Fobs (1 new and 1 old) and 1 vale key.

For the last 11 months this car served as my daily driver and averaged around 26mpg in the city.My commute is about 26 miles per day, ut since I have short work weeks the miles didn't really pile on.
ENGINE :
The engine runs great and still has torque that these VR6 engines are known for.Back in January I replaced the thermostat,auxiliary water pumpandoil filterhousing seal.In August I replaced the belt driven water pump, park plus (NGK Iridium's) and air filter.In 2012 the secondaryair pumpalong with all fittings and hoses were replaced.The radiator was replaced in August of 2012 and thespark plug wire setwas replaced in April of 2012.

TRANSMISSION:
The clutch,clutch master cylinder,clutch slave cylinderandflywheelwere all replaced in August of 2012.The transmission shifts smooth with no grinds or pop outs.Every gear engages as it should.

SUSPENSION:
Both frontlower control armswere replaced in August of 2012 and all four struts were also replaced in August of 2009 @ 115k miles.Both rearwheel hubassemblies andfront wheel bearingshave also been replaced.I've also recently replaced both upper strut mount bushings.

CLIMATE CONTROL:I replaced the high pressure switch back in May of this year so I went ahead and recovered and recharged the system.

INTERIOR:
The interior is in decent shape though it is starting to show its age.The leather on driver seat has split in several spots so it could a recover on the lower section.The headliner is starting to sag in some spots.The carpet, ash anddoor panelsare still in good shape.The driver side floor mat is torn from years of use. All windows, unroof and heated seats work perfectly. The cargo area is clean and in great shape, t also has thecargo cover.

STEREO:
The factorysound systemsounds great as it came with factory amplifier and higher end speakers.The radio,cd playerand cassette player work as they should.

WHEELS & TIRES
Stock 16inchVW WheelswithBridgestone Turanza205/55/16 tires with about 60% tread left.

BODY:
The body is in good shape with no major dings or dents.It does have some minor scratches scuffs but nothing else. Has never been in an accident.
BRAKES:The front brakes have about 75% life left and the rears about 60%.
