Dinan Badge 2003 BMW Z4 Roadster 3.0i

I am the third owner of this clean CARFAX 2003 Dinan Badge BMW Z4 Roadster 3.0i.
Here's what I know about the car: It was originally bought from a dealership in Orange County, A in July 2003 and remained with the original owner until February 2011. The original owner had the Dinan upgrades installed.
Second owner lived in Arizona. Earlier this year, he car needed some repairs that the second owner could not afford. He elected to stop making payments on the car and it was repossessed.
I bought the car at an auto auction (I have a dealer's license) and then took ownership of it privately.
Here are the repairs that I just had done within the last week:
SMG Transmission Control Unit replaced
SMG Hydraulic Pump replaced
SMG Actuator Sensoren Clutch Slave Cylinder replaced
Set of New Tires: Continental Control/Contact Sport Brand (Front are 225/40-18 and back are 255/35-18).
Total cost of new parts was over $3400.

There are two MINOR issues that I see regarding this car. A slight chip in the windshield (repairable) and one TINY little dent on the driver's side above the rear wheel.
Additional car info: The color is Black Sapphire Metallic with black leather upholstery. It has a navigation system, ower top and power seats. Sequential Manual Gearbox (SMG), port package which includes steering wheel paddle shifters, 8 inch Elliopsoid Alloy wheels, port suspension and Dynamic Drive control.
Other options: Leather steering wheel, uto dimming mirrors, torage compartment package, eated seats, ain-sensing wipers, enon headlights, utomatic air conditioning and cruise control.
