1995 Mercedes E300 Diesel, FL Car, Runs and Drives Great! No Rust!

This Mercedes was just traded back into me by a friend who purchased a newer car. It has been his daily driver for the last four years, ommuting 50 miles a day. It has had all of the normal maintenance performed when necessary. The a/c compressor was replaced last year and the diesel filters replaced as necessary. It runs and drives fine and just completed a 500 mile trip in November.
Exterior Condition- The body has one small ding on the right rear door. There is a light scratch almost all the way down the right side. The rear bumper has a four inch crack, nd the front bumper is missing the lower lip spoiler. The top surfaces have clearcoat damage and are fading (see pics). Overall, t looks a little better than you might expect for a vehicle of this vintage. There is no evidence of any flood or rust history.
Interior Condition- The interior is in much better condition. The few imperfections are noticeable under close scrutiny only. The center console armrest is worn and there is less than normal wear on the drivers seat (see pics). All of the interior options perform as they should, ith the exception of: The cruise control is inop, he power antennae is inop, nd the a/c cabin fan is inop. The leather, eadliner, ash, nd carpets are in above average condition considering it year and miles. There are no pet or smoke odors.
Engine and Drivetrain- The engine performs beautifully with no strange, oises, moke, r vibrations. It has plenty of power and manages over 30mpg. The transmission operates as it should. It has a slight (2 second delay) when shifting into reverse.
Tires- The tires have around 3/32nds of tread depth remaining.
