Description

1999 Porsche 996, uards Red with MK1 aero fixed rear spoiler and TechArt side skirts and front bumper cover. Interior is full leather with red deviated stitching and red seatbelts. The Porsche crest is embossed on both front seats. Seats are full power and heated. 3-spoke steering wheel in alcantara as is the shift boot.
Third owner. Myself and the previous owner are longtime PCA members. With the exception of oil changes and brakes, he car has always been serviced by Brumos Porsche in Jacksonville, L.
Driver, assenger and side airbags. Stock stereo with CD. The air conditioning is ice cold. The AC compressor, rier and lines were just replaced at Brumos Porsche. The car also just received new pulleys and serpentine belt when AC was done. The car is equipped with the Porsche Techquipment bolt in roll bar. This sought after bar is no longer available from Porsche.
The 3.4 liter flat six is strong and stock. The car has the original, obust dual row IMS with no leaks. Installed is the FVD Brombacher deep sump oil pan and spacer. Don't risk oil starvation. This oil pan kit is a piece of art. Oil pressures are constant and strong. The exhaust is also from FVD and sounds absolutely incredible.
The car will come with stock drivers seat and a 1 year old Corbeau race seat if you want it.
This 996 is a fantastic street car that gets oohs and ahs wherever I go. It is already set up for the track as well. The suspension is Porsche installed M0W30 which provides exceptional handling.
The car is nearly 16 years old so it is not a show car. The front bumper has some chips from road and track and there are two small tears in the headliner when the installer scraped it when putting in the roll bar. Overall, he car shows well and gets tons of compliments.
The reserve is low. Now is the time to jump on this before the market rebounds in the spring. All offers will be entertained.
I would never sell this car but I have a Cayman on the way and one has to go.
The Carfax shows an incident in Hawaii with the original owner. Apparently a small parking lot incident that was just cosmetic. I don't have any other details on it since it was so long ago.
