This is our most popular option. We can facilitate the entire deal via email and FedEx. We handle every facet including Finance & Shipping. Cash Buyers get their paperwork sent via electronically. Once all the paperwork is done, e will arrange for your vehicle to be picked up and delivered directly to your door. We usually can get it picked up within 1-3 days and delivery takes about 2-4 days.

Option B: Take Delivery here with VIP Treatment-FREE HOTEL STAY!

The complete satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. For that reason, e guarantee that the vehicle you purchase from us meets or exceeds your expectations, r we will refund your payment in full, ess a $150 processing fee. Below is how it works...
After securing the new vehicle purchase, ither by a deposit or with full payment, uyer has one week to complete the transaction. Within that 7 day period, uyer may view, nspect, nd test drive the vehicle personally or use a 3rd party service to insure that the vehicle meets their expectations, nd that they are satisfied with the vehicle AS-IS. If for any reason the buyer is not completely satisfied with the outcome of the inspection, e will cancel the deal and refund all funds paid by the buyer, ess $150 processing fee. Buyer must complete inspection before completing purchase and/or the vehicle leaves our facility. We do allow test drives accompanied by your sales professional. Buyer is also responsible for any inspection cost or expenses.
When buying sight unseen and having it shipped, ou have 48 hours from the time you take possession or 50 additional miles on the odometer to inspect the vehicle and to contact us about canceling the deal. Buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the vehicle back to our store and a $150 processing fee. All funds and any prior payment will be refunded. Buyer will be responsible for any damage that occurs while vehicle is in their possession. Once again, e want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

DEPOSITS: Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, nd make arrangements for payment at that time. Buyer must pay an initial good faith deposit. A $500 deposit for units under $30,000 and $1000 deposit for units over $30,000 is due within 24 hours of end of auction, r immediately if buyer wishes to purchase before the auction ends. Deposit can be paid by any major credit card, ertified check, r bank wire transfer.
FUNDS/FINANCING: The full payment is due within one week of auction end. Please contact us for info on our financing options or seek pre-approval or commitment from a lender before purchasing. We usually can meet or beat the rates of your bank or credit union. We can arrange financing nationwide. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts this vehicle before bidding or placing an offer. Full payment can be made by certified check, ank wire transfer, nd some online bank checks. We will work with your bank to properly expedite the transaction of funds. Special A.P.R subject to stipulations such as vehicle characteristics, ncluding amount, erm, amp; current year model.

FEES & TAXES: All Texas Residents must pay applicable state and local tax, itle and license fees. Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax.
Out of state cash buyers are responsible for their own state taxes and fees. If you are an out of state buyer and financing through one of our lenders, e will collect your state tax and send it to your local DMV or tax office. Buyer must pay applicable state and local tax, itle and license fees that were not collected by us at time of registration. If too much is collected, uyer will receive a refund for the difference at time of registration.
ALL SALES ARE SUBJECT to a $125 Documentary Fee and a $195 Admin fee for handling paperwork, iling titles, ailing and copying costs. And a Vehicle Inventory tax which is only 0.0017134 of the purchase price. Ex. $10,000 purchase = $17.64 VIT Taxes.
AUCTIONS: All of our inventory is for sale locally and on other search engines. We reserve the right to sell this vehicle at any time through other venues, rovided that the auction has not ended with a winning bidder. If you are interested, ou do not have to wait for the auction to end. If no contact is made by winning bidder within 24 hours we reserve the right to relist the vehicle, eport it to ebay, ell it to the next high bidder, r sell it otherwise. Due to many uneducated buyers, e have had to add an immediate paypal deposit when selecting the Buy it Now because of nonpaying bidders. If you are not signed up with paypal, lease contact us and we can remove the deposit so you can select the buy it now.
