H1 1997.5 AM General Hummer

1997.5 H1 Hummer. This Hummer was purchased from Lynch Hummer in 1998. It has just under 84,000 miles as of this ad placement. This vehicle was used for the past 10 years as a fire department command vehicle. I was Chief and we outfitted it for response. I was the primary driver. Vehicle was over maintained, ach time it went out on a call it went through a quick vehicle check upon return and a more intense inspection weekly. All fluids were changed on a regular schedule whether it needed it or not. Amsoil synthetic was used. Anything and everything was changed if it got close. The lights and antenna wire were run through the rear vent, o holes were drilled into the roof. Also the radio and switches can be removed and the original glove box put back in place. The vehicle comes with driveline protection but it is not installed.The 1997.5 is the best year in my opinion. It has two fuel tanks which started in 1996, t has the improved HVAC system and cab venting. It also has the older diff gear ration before it changed in 1998.
Some features. Battery trickle charger, eated leather seats, assenger knee indent for more room, ender well rack, oof rack with lights, ight bar, iren, adio, ideo system (never used, on't know if it works - screen comes up blue) extra sound deadening material, loor mats, ow package.
Some new items on the vehicle. New rotors, ew pads, ew fuel filter, uel pump, SD/FSD, ew tires, ew rear hinge and door latch.
Paint has scratches and defects. If you are looking for a mint paint job this is not our vehicle.
