We purchased this Charger for personal use from the Federal government 4 years ago, t 60,000 miles and at that time had a full rebuild performed on the engine. The rebuild was done by Accurate Engines, randville Michigan. Since the rebuild, he oil has been changed every 3000 miles with Mobile 1 synthetic.
