This 1984 Volkswagen camper van is just waiting for the right person to make a few repairs and take it on the road again! The main issues are that there is currently a hole in the engine (it threw a rod) and it has a flat tire. Also, he canopy (on the pop-up) will need to be replaced, s it has holes in it.The inside panel of the side door may need to be replaced (the old one is in the van, ut not currently attached).
When it threw the rod (a few years ago) everything else was working fine. The upholstery is in good condition. The stove works. A CD player has been installed. And there is plenty of storage for everything you'll need for your adventures!
There are two beds: the back bench seat folds down to become a bed and the top pop's up to become another bed. There is a table that swings out in the back seat for eating meals (which can be cooked on the stove), laying board games, nd writing. The two front seats also rotate to face the back (not recommended while driving...).
We had hoped to fix it and keep it, ut there were always other more-pressing financial needs. Now we're selling it to help pay for an adoption. The van was given to us by my wife's parents and is still in their name (but that's not an issue).
