Chevy 1956 pickup,step side 3100 Apache like 1955,1957 original US NAVY PU other

Up for your consideration is a rare U.S. NAVY, 6 Chevy pickup. Could be a street rod or restoration project.Known as a 3100 step side Apache pick up. Chevy pickups from the 50s are always sought after for their robust designsAnd their distinct styling. It was known as the Task Force design.It is a genuine US NAVY pickup. It was running when parked but haven't tried to starting in a while.It's all original except the paint. Orignal 6 cyl numbers match, speed on the column, 4000 milesSome dents the worse is the right rear but it comes with a nice extra right rear fender and a very nice extra grill.some rust behind the cornors of cab and rust on lower cornors of front fenders.The bed, loor,inter fender panels and doors are rust free as far as I can tellI planed to restore it some day but I'm almost 80. So I hope some X Navy personnel or MarineWill understand my hopes. The photos tell the story as you can see,dent, ust good and bad.About a title I have one somewhere but can't find it.
