I would rate the exterior condition of this LEXUS to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age of this vehicle, ther than a few minor stone chips in the front from normal driving. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The tires look good all around, oo.

I would rate the interior of this LEXUS to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for a vehicle of this age and mileage. The Seats, arpets, oor Panels, eadliner are clean and in good shape.

Heat and AC work properly.

CD player works properly and sounds great.

The Trunk is spacious and clean

Mechanically, his LEXUS appears to be in good running condition. The Motor work great and sound like it is supposed to sound. The engine starts easily and runs smoothly.

No leaks and the engine does not smoke.

On the road, his LEXUS feels smooth and very powerful.

The suspension and steering feel good.

The brakes are good.

The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly.

Vehicle Pick-up:

Accepted Payment Methods:

Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, heck (cashiers or personal), r money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.

Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later.

All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 10 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $10/day.

Bid Retractions/Changes:

We take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, t shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, ny member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.

The seller may, t its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, ancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.

The only fee added by the seller is our $134 administrative fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, ransportation, rocessing, tc., nd is not applied to any transfer costs incurred by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, ut not limited to: registration, ales tax, ags (including temp or in-transit tags), itle transfer, nspection, nd transportation expenses.
