BMW 530i e39 2002 Low Mileage like new

Hi,
this is a 2002 530i. my personal car. I got this car from old man who didn't drive it much. It's well maintained. it has only about 24k miles. I only drove it for about a thousand miles. The car drives and looks like new inside out. Iinstalled a m5 bumper and the brand new Hella euro version headlights. I also replaced the old rims with the style 81 and a set of 4 new tires with only 1000 miles on it. the car is absolutely in pristine condition. It's hard to find a e39 with this mileage and condition. Nothing wrong with this car to the best of my knowledge. no rust or leak. it's like a new car.

Will include the original bumper and the fog lights bracket

Terms of Sale Overview

Payment Methods
Cash (in person), ertified check, ank transfers. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.

Deposit
The successful high bidder must submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed and clearedbefore delivery or pickup of the vehicle.

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, ull and cleared payment must be received before the vehicle is releasedto the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you, owever please be advised that allused vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail from normal usage.

Notice to eBay Bidders

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. All of our cars areavailable to be purchased outside the eBay auction process bybuyers who contact us directly.

Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders
While weallow bidding from negative feedback bidders, e reserve the right to cancel bids from buyers,who in our opinion do not appear to beconducting themselves honestly on eBay. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.

Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes andhe/she must contact Highline Imports within 24 hours to remit their deposit, ign a Sales Order, nd proceed with payment and vehicle pickup/delivery arrangements. Feedback will be exchanged upon delivery of the vehicle.

Non-Paying Bidder
If the signed Sales Order and deposit are not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, e reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
