1998 OLDSMOBILE REGENCY with only 68,000 MILES!!!

Here is one of the best cars GM made, eriod! In my opinion, nd I have owned a couple dozen of this generation of full size front wheel drive GM sedans, hey just do so much right!Over 16 year selling cars here on Ebay with 100% positive feedback!

In 1998 the "88" was given the name LLS or Regency. Regency being the top of the line. It always was Oldsmobile's flagship.

I bought this beautiful old Regency a few months back as a "bridge" car for my wife. I sold her summer driver and we live high on a steep hill. I get her an SUV to drive through the winter and sell it in the spring. She was supposed to put about 1,000 miles on this Olds, ut I couldn't get it off her. We have put about 3,000 miles on it and I finally got it off her long enough to clean and picture it for Ebay. We have a 1996 Olds Regency with 170,000 miles on it. The same 3.8 litre V6 that is in this Regency. It is relegated to taking the dogs to the park, ut still starts and runs perfectly. I sold a near new Regency to my MOTHER many years ago. That is how much I love these cars and have faith in their dependability. I stuck my neck out because who wants to sell a bad car to their mother. She drove that Regency for 86,000 miles until she quit driving. She never had a breakdown or no start.

That is how these 3.8 - 6 cylinders are. I think they are in the top 2 or 3 motors that GM ever made. We always got 20mpg around the eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh and 30+ on the highway. In the 88's, 8's and some other models with the 3.8, e always had plenty of power coupled with really respectable gas mileage.

This particular Regency has had excellent care. First, he body is much better than average condition. I would rate it excellent. It is not full of parking lot dings and scratches. That is not to say it has no marks. There are a few, ut they wouldn't show up in the pictures easily. The paint is also excellent. Most important to me, nd I do this for a living remember, s that the undercarriage is much better than 99% of the cars it's age and price range. Partly because the mileage is so low, ut I suspect it was garage kept. There is no sun damage.

The interior was also well kept. the leather, lthough a little dirty is not ripped and would take a easy cleaning. The rug, anels, eadliner and dash are all excellent.

This great Olds still hits the road extremely well. It rides great and stops and steers with ease.

I could go on all night as to the merits of these terrific old GM sedans. They have treated me and my family well and has kept us safe in all kinds of weather. They do go very well in the rain and snow too.

All in all, could not sell you a more dependable, omfortable, conomical and safe car for the money. The bottom line - If you buy it, ou will love it. JUST ASK MY WIFE AND MOTHER!
