I was the third owner of this vehicle and sold it when my wife got pregnant with our first child. I was able to finance the vehicle to the buyer but was repossessed in its current condition. The buyer had the vehicle for little over a year and had one minor accident in the car. The pictures show the extent of the damage to the car (replaced door with OE replacement from another 280ZX, nd some damage under the door).
Vehicle runs good and has very strong inline 6 motor. This vehicle is not in perfect condition but can be a daily driver and was for me for more than 6 months when I owned it the first time. The car is a perfect starter project car for the winter months and get it ready for a spring drive around your favorite country roads!
I am including all the items needed for your first tune up and a replacement pressure & return power steering line due to a small leak that was found ($400 Value by itself). I want to be as transparent as I can with this car, am not interested in ripping anyone off, ust want it to go to a person excited about the project ahead. This would also make a great 2nd Z for original parts for another project you may have already started.
In its current condition I have seen many comparable sales that exceed $3 thousand dollars and the body is in bad condition or has many engine issues.
