Green 1999 BMW 323i Base Sedan 4-Door 2.5L Owned since 2002 NO RESERVE

This auction is for a 1999 BMW 323i. We had this car in our family since 2002; during most of the maintenance has been done at Fields BMW in Orlando and my father took over that task over the last four years or so. The car doesn't get much use anymore so that is the reason why we are selling it, only use it to go to the Tallahassee airport once or twice a week - about 10 miles round trip from my house - I drove it to Panama City, L about five months ago and had no issues whatsoever)
We have several records available for the buyer, ut just so you are aware of, he car has the following issues:
- Power Steering is not working (I believe the pump is bad, ut it has not been diagnosed)- Starter needs to be replaced (I purchased the part but have not had a chance to install it - I will include the new starter, ou will need to install it) The car starts fine, he only issue is that during cold mornings it gives a bit of trouble to get the key out of the ignition- Airbag light is on (It has been this way since 2004 or so, was told by the BMW technician it was a computer issue and we never replaced. airbags have never deployed on this car)- Door lock needs to be repaired (It unlocks the door but it doesn't lock it for some reason)- For some reason the key can't be open the trunk (I usually open it from the inside or the remote so I never use it but I just thought to make you aware)- Front bumper has some damage (parking lot curve - see picture)- Needs brake pads (Yellow indicator on the dashboard)- Spare tire is flat (full size spare)- Battery on the key fob needs replaced (There is only one key for this car)
