1964 ford xl convertible

I am selling this car for my friend. He is the second owner of this car. This is very good riding, riving, ependable car. Odometer is showing 37k and are assuming it is 137k on the car. The car is in such good condition it's hard to tell. Engine seems to have been rebuilt at some time because it performs with no smoke, icks, r knocks. Orignal power brakes, as new booster. Power steering that works well. Power top is fast and smooth and has new top. The car has been repainted, ice job. Panels fit very well. Car has no floor pan or trunk pan rot, riginal. We only found where lower rear quaters have had metal work done at some point. Nice chrome and original glass. New tires, ubcap centers are showing minor pitting. Upholstery looks really nice.
