2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Must Go $5000 OBO

This is a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 141,356 miles on it. It has a ton of features.
The body is in excellent condition but it has some mechanical issues requiring immediate attention:
1. It needs 2 cylinder ignition switches plus spark plugs
2. It needs a new oil pump switch
3. It requires a new heater core
4. Down the road, t will need a new transmission
5. It requires a visit to a Jeep dealer to install the Final Drive Controller Module (a free service)
6. There is a 4" tear in driver's seat. It was this way when I bought it. It is easily repaired.
