For sale,My 79' Chevrolet G-30 van...this is GM conversion contracted by Pathfinder, hen vehicle was new..in the day they also did the 4wd option for Ford and Dodge...in the past 25yrs. I have been lucky enough to own 3 of these ...this one is by far the cleanest, nd I think The 'Coolest..The van is originally from Texas,These were unique,in the fact they are straight axles, ot idependant, being much stronger and bullit proof..Dana 60 series/ 44. w/ front manual locking hubs. This shorty van was completely rebuilt by previous owner with nothing spared as follows; all new leaf springs Alco spring,Co.,new bushings, both axles front/ rear..new bearings seals, gaskets, all new brakes( all 4), ew Billstien shocks (all 4),transfer case new seal, gaskets, ew steering box, pitman ar, all joints, dler, tie rod ends, dual Rough Country steering stabilizers, ll joints etc.The 350 engine runs strong with no leaks or noises and sounds awesome thru the dual exhaust, ransmission is the turbo 40, that shifts smooth with no visible leaks.Really I do not believe there is anything he did not replace or/ rebuild, he list is empressive. When he was driving it back from Texas he had a flat tire so all four tires were replacedwith 35 x 12.50 x16 BFG all terrain(about 900 mi. )on them. The last pic (black)shows van as I purchased it,,very cleansouthern body. There is nothing inside or outside of this truck that has been sprayed with bed-liner or undercoat ..other than the factory underbody sound deadener. The interior was untouched..it appeared that originally it had 4 chairs in it (previousseat holes) and the 2" hole for table post,(in place). All factory gauges work,ac works but I believe needs charge, radio am/fm,cd,tilt wheel.Ihad the carpet installed, nd covered the cargo area w/ 2" t/g pine. Exterior of van has been refinished in PPG b/cFord- 'Process Blue'.. the smokey flames wereairbrushed by a local artist in black/drk. blue hues, then completely cleared, and blocked and machine buffed, ll new door seals wereinstalledas were window run channels .It does come with a full carcover, nd the original red hi-back seats if desired. As you probablyknow, hese are very pricey to have converted and really getting harder to find..especially in this configuration, ost all have windows, nd very, very few are the Shorty' vans.I had planned on pulling my boat...but as(good) luck would have i, sold the Money Pit'!!Van is also equipped with a class 3 -2" hitch and is wired for trailer. Van would make a great eye catching business'promo'vehicle,or a super cool toy hauler. Thanks.. and 'Happy Bidding'
IF my buy it now is met I will include shipping -open transport,lower48-
