The Pontiac G8 was the pinnacle of Pontiac's achievements and one of the best 4 door sedans ever produced by GM. It's perfect blend of performance, tyle and comfort define the sports sedan category. It is 100% stock. It has never been raced or modified in any way. Many of the G8s have been modified heavily and driven very hard. This G8 has been babied and never abused like so many others. If you're looking for a clean, tock G8 GT, his is it. Keep it stock and enjoy for years to come or use it as a clean platform to build a 500 hp beast that will embarrass all those Mustangs, amaros, Vettes, TS Vs, MWs and AMGs!
The only "upgrade" is the addition of factory Bluetooth. Bluetooth was not available on the early 2009 G8s. When it became available later in 2009, he owner swapped out the OnStar controller with the new version that includes Bluetooth. All speakers and steering wheel controls function perfectly just as if it came from the factory that way.
Overall, he car is in excellent condition both mechanically and in appearance. If you check the service history (all records included) you will find that the only repairs required issues were a software glitch in its first year and a bad bearing in a pulley that caused the A/C to not cool properly. Both repairs were made by certified mechanics and have not recurred. The front air dam suffered minor damaged from a piece of rebar sticking out of a parking curb. Instead of a quick fix, he entire front bumper cover was repaired, repped and painted. Not only is the damage repaired, here are NO chips or bug damage on the bumper or air dam. There are a few stone chips on the front of the hood and wheel flares, hough not as many as you'd expect and anything bigger than a pin head has been touched up. The wheels have some curb rash here and there but are otherwise in good shape and perform perfectly. There are a few other minor scratchesand marks that you might expect on a car with this mileage, ut they are minor. I can provided detailed pictures if you are a serious buyer.
The brake pads were replaced inthe last 90 days and the tires haveplenty of tread left.
