Jeep Wrangler X, 6 cylinder, 4x4, 5 Speed Manual, PRICED TO SELL!

I am the 2nd owner of this 2002 Jeep Wrangler X and I have owned this vehicle for over 10 years. When I purchased the vehicle in 2005, t had roughly 18,000 miles on the odometer. I am reluctantly selling my Jeep because I need something more practical for my 1 year old son.
Pros:This Jeep is a 6 cylinder, WD, nd has a manual 5 speed transmission. It has minor modifications that include a 3in body lift, 3 x 12.5 All-terrain wheels and tires, orking KC fog lights, nd side-step bars. Other than that it's stock. It has been mostly garage kept. The Jeep runs and drives great and has NEVER been taken off-road. I only drive it 2-3 days a week which is how I have been able to keep the miles low. The tires are in good shape and I have an extra 33 x 12.5 tire (no rim). I had brand new brakes installed in 2010. The Jeep has never been in an accident and has a clear title. I had the Jeep last fully serviced on 12/27/2015.
Cons:The car does have some minor things that need fixing. The plastic piece holding the drivers side visor needs to be replaced. The A/C does NOT work. I was quoted $600 to fix it and since I don't drive it that much I just never fixed it. Rear-view mirror needs to be reapplied. The shifter boot is missing but I have a brand new shifter boot included that I just never got around to put on. There's minor rust on the undercarriage. The rag top is also fading.
Bottom line:This is a good Jeep that I have enjoyed for over 10 years. It will be tough to find a 2002 Jeep Wrangler with lower miles that looks as good as this one. If you're looking for a fun, eliable Jeep, ook no further. With a little TLC, his thing would be mint.
