Selling my well cared for 2010 Mini Cooper.
I am the original & only owner.

"Donut" style spare tire, ith a complete toolkit including car-jack and lug-wrench.
Extra full-size tire (At a tire-change point, tire was still serviceable, o we kept it just in case)
Standard Airbags
Aftermarket radio antenna.
Within the last 2k miles all of the following regular maintenance was done:
New rear brake pads, il & oil filter change, ew Front Tires & Alignment
New rear tires were put on 4k miles ago.
Almost all servicing and maintenance of this car was done at official Mini Dealers, nd we have all of the maintenance records.
The good:
- Car has been well maintained, nd never been in an accident.
- We're the only owners.
- We have complete maintenance records for the car.
- We took the car into the body shop about 2 years ago to have some shopping-cart/parking-lot dings and scratches cleaned up on the left hand side. We have the documentation to show what was done.
- The car is really clean inside and out. My fiance drove this car 99% of the time and she keeps the car pretty clean.
The bad:
- Cosmetic issue: The hood stripes are cracked (Photos included) This happens over time because the hood stripes are just stickers. You could remove them and apply new hood stickers, r you can get a Mini dealer to do that.
- Cosmetic issue: There are 2 small tears in the drivers seat upholstery. (Photos included) These things wear out when you get in and out of the car a few thousand times. There are kits available at auto-parts stores to repair this kind of thing.
- Cosmetic issue: There is a small ding in the left-rear quarter-panel. (Photo included)
- Cosmetic issue: There is a small scratch on the gas cap cover. (Photo included)
- Mechanical issue: The coolant system has a small leak. The Mini dealer says the leak is coming from the water pump and it will need replacing eventually. The Mini dealer quoted about $650 to change the water pump. I have discounted my asking price accordingly.
