1986 Chevy C30 Truck with Flatbed / Stake Body Bed

This is a 1986 Chevy C30 truck 10500 GVW been sitting for a while a friend of mine started to work on this he put the bed on it and fixed the driver side rocker and cab corner it still needs the taillights put on the mirrors are in the cab but one of the brackets needs fixed the 350 engine runs good and it has a 4 speed standard transmission I believe the master cylinder needs replaced the brake light is on and the brakes are a little spongy
