1957 Chevrolet Belair convertible project car with good title and tags. This would be great candidate for a restomod or autocross car without and guilt or destroying an original. The cowl is not bad and is usable. Using one of the new bodies out there may be a better option. The original frame with x-member and correct vin number has been cut up and will come with the car. The 57 is currently welded to a 55 Chevy hardtop frame in order to transport the car whole. The convertible top frame is in good condition with a good bow and just some surface rust on it. The window regulators and door hardware still in the doors. And not that its worth much but it comes with the keys. The steering has been rigged up from some ford parts but should be good enough to get it on the truck for transport by using the tire pulling technique It WILL NOT be steered by a steering wheel. Please make sure your transporter knows this before the come. This car was taken apart 30 years ago and the frame and back tub sat in a back yard making them way worse than the cowl and other body parts that were garage kept. There are many missing parts, nd what you see here is what you get. I will help the transport company load the car with advanced notice of the date and time.
