37k Miles, lean History, riginally from California. Beautiful condition all around. Vehicle is being offered for sale by Simply Motorsports, LC. We deal exclusively with sport and luxury automobiles in the San Antonio, exas area. We acquired this Maserati Tipo M138, therwise known as a Coupe Cambiocorsa from a new car store who received it as a trade in. It runs and drives beautifully with no warning lights or issues whatsoever. The clutch is 84% worn and was last completed at 21k miles. The clutches typically last about 15k miles in these cars so the CLUTCH WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED in the near future. With that being said, t drives and shifts through all the gears without issue as it stands. We simply want to disclaim that the clutch is an expense you will need to account for over the next few thousand miles. Tires are Michelin Pilot Super Sports all around with a lot of tread remaining. Engine is a 4.2L V8 producing 390hp at 7,000rpm, anufactured by Ferrari in Italy. This particular car is equipped with the optional Cambiocorsa transmission, hich is Italian for "race change" - an electrohydraulic manual transmission that utilizes Formula 1 racing technology coupled with paddle shifters behind the steering wheel. Four driving modes are available: Normal, port, uto and Low Grip. The Normal driving mode provides a comfortable driving experience while the Sport mode stiffens the suspension and makes the shifts quicker, llowing for an exhilarating experience that is similar in quality to that of a Ferrari 360 F1.
Cosmetically, t remains in beautiful condition all around. The interior is of the highest quality, and-stitched leather - every angle you look - even the headliner is full leather. The sun-visiors are finished in alcantera. The steering wheel is finished in the optional Carbon Fiber with Carbon Fiber door trim to match. The seats are both full electric and heated. All in all, his car is loaded up with options. Due to a lack of sun-related wear and traces of exposure to elements, will confidently say that this car has been garage kept throughout it's ownership and appears to have been in caring hands. It's still young with well under 40,000 miles. For a fraction of the $100,000 sticker, his is about as incredible of a car that can be had for the price. There simply isn't another modern-era car that is of Ferrari build quality with a like driving experience and desirability that can be had for the price. Vehicle Transportation: Buyer is responsible for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Shipping companies have insurance policies that protect buyers against damage.
Payment Information: If you are the winning bidder, ou must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction to set up payment arrangements. We require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. This deposit can be made through PayPal to our email address. In the alternative, ou can make your deposit via wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required time frame and alternative arrangements are not made, e reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five days of making the deposit. You must fax us your state issued driver’s license after you make the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, e will accept a certified bank check, ank loan check, ire transfer, r cash. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear. If you pay cash, ou can pickup the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, ou will have to wait nine (9) business days until the funds clear. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (9) days or until the funds clear.
Bidder’s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid.
Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, e will store it free of charge for five (5) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that.
Liquidated Damages: In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, e shall be entitled to liquidated damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle.
Sales Tax & Other Fees: Depending on the jurisdiction of your residence, he vehicle may be subject to a sales tax. If the winning bidder plans to register the vehicle in the state of Texas, ou must pay sales tax in the amount of 6.25% of the sales price, .1874% Dealer Inventory Tax (Example of dealer inventory tax: $10,000 sales price = $18.74 inventory tax.), 50 Documentary Fee, 33.00 Title Fee, 62.00 registration fee (registration fee is only charged if new registration is required), nd a $5.00 temporary tag fee. Buyers not residing in the State of Texas will be responsible for the dealer inventory tax, 5.00 temporary tag fee and $50.00 documentary fee as well as any state or local tax when you register the vehicle in your home state.
Choice of Law & Forum: Buyer agrees that in the event any dispute shall arise, t will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and litigated in Bexar county. By bidding on this auction buyer consents to service by certified mail.
