2000 Mazda Miata LS

I am looking to sell my Miata. It's been my daily driver for 3 years, am getting rid of it because I purchased a new car. Let's get the bad stuff out of the way first.
Bad: Back will need repainting. Antenna broke off at car wash. In January, got into a minor rear end accident. Cracked headlight does not work. I do have a new headlight that I will throw in, ever been opened sitting in the box. I do have an error code of P0106, ut have had so for well over a year, nd driving it without any trouble. The interior is not in good condition. I have attached pictures.
Good: Car runs great, hile I did not take good care of the exterior, did take good care of the car, echanically wise. I have replaced the calipers, am sensor, he ignition coil pack (twice), he timing belt was replaced shortly after purchasing it. The car itself should last a long time, here are no leaks, r rust. I can provide paperwork confirming said repairs.
