No water leaks. To prevent moisture I keep 2 Damprid buckets in the cabin. They're only 1/2 saturated in 6 months --> the window/door seals are in good shape.
The cabin does not smell like smoke and there are no cigarette burns anywhere.
Plenty of tread on tires. New Duralast Gold battery with receipt and 5 year warranty.
