The period look is made complete with the fully-braced SCCA-stamped rollcage, hrome-and-flat-black side exit headers and deep-dish American Racing Torque Thrust wheels.

The 1968 smallblock 4-speed Corvette was a natural for SCCA’s super-competitive B/Production class. This veteran B/Prod racer from the Fort Pitt Museum collection retains all its original components and is still very much as it was first raced. The B/P-spec 350 puts out 400 reliable horsepower using heavy-duty internals and a rare Smokey Yunick Cross-Ram intake fitted with a single Holley 4 barrel.

The ‘Vette’s body, hich still proudly wears its original blue-and-white paint scheme, as been relieved of all extraneous trim and fitted with a flip-top fiberglass hood for ease of maintenance and between-round thrashing. The stark black cockpit and low-profile wraparound windshield are all business and all original.
