1964 1/2 1965 Ford Mustang Pace Car Replica (Real) Coupe Pacer Hard Top 1 of 190

Mustang was selected to pace the 1964 Indianapolis 500. Ford produced 37 pace cars for track and official use and an additional 190 replica pace cars which were distributed through an internal competition between dealerships. This 1965/64 1/2 Mustang Pace Car is one of those original 190 cars, aking it one of the rarest production Mustangs ever made.This Pace Car was sold new at S & C Motors in San Francisco California. It stayed on the west coast, here we have owned it in southern Oregon for the last ten years.. This car is very clean with no rust in the floors or anywhere in the body.. This is probably one of the cleanest lightly touched up pace car coupes that exist, as had paint, arpet and misc minor and maintenance things. Runs and drives great!!
