1953 Buick Special

1953 Buick Special. Millage unknown. Inline 8 263CID, uns good. Dynaflow (automatic) transmission works well. Car is basically stock except the paint and the rear springs. New rear springs from a '79 G body. Car is drive-able but NEEDS tires! One of the rear tires has a large bubble in the side wall. The tires that are on it are bias ply. Car is not equipped with PS, r PB. Car is still 6 volt. I am not a body guy but I believe the body is solid, loors could use some work and trunk floor needs work. I have had this car for 5+ years. I bought it with no trans. Located a trans, leaned and re built the trans and drove the car. It has sat for the past year because I started to rebuild the front susp. and then got a different Buick and this one sat. Before I took it apart I drove it everywhere. I lived in Milwaukee and drove it down to central IL many times, he trip was 4 and a half hours one way. I am only getting rid of this and my 1953 Super Riviera to get a 1953 Special Riviera.
