Up for auction is a black 2002 Nissan Xterra with 119k miles on it. The body is very clean with the exception of a couple bumps and bruises typical of a car of this age. The rocker panels are pristine original and look and feel great. I have several thousand dollars in maintenance and service records, ncluding timing belt done at about 94k. This SUV is built on a strong and sturdy frame, nd the transmission is a manual 5 speed that shifts smoothly without any feedback. This vehicle is in great mechanical condition, s I do not know of any to speak of. In the owners manual there are records of oil changes all the way back to 2002 when the first owner had it, his is not something you normally see in a vehicle of this age. It is value-adding and nice to know that the fluids were maintained and kept up to date with.
